Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located right next to the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand; we change our minds too!

While we wish we could guarantee a cancellation window, once an order is placed, it immediately goes through our fulfillment process. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop the packing or shipping process in time.

immediately. Calling and leaving a voicemail does not guarantee that we will receive or review your request before the order is processed.

Once your email is received, we will do our best to attempt the cancellation, but please note that cancellations are not guaranteed.

If the item(s) do not work out, you are welcome to return them for a refund. You may then repurchase the correct size. As a reminder, we will provide a return label, and the $10 cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
